Peter Lyman is Senior Partner of Nordicity, and one of the founding principals of the company. He is an internationally recognized expert in the media and communications industry with 30 years of consulting experience. He has participated in all facets of policy and regulatory development, economic analysis, and business strategy formulation in the digital and traditional media and communications sectors in Canada and abroad.
From 1998 to 2002, Peter was national Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and responsible for the Information, Communications, and Media/Entertainment practice in Canada. He restarted Nordicity in 2002, and it now has offices in four cities, including London (UK). His consulting work is primarily for companies and creative industries seeking to make the transition to radically different business models arising from digital technology. He has also leveraged the work of Nordicity to develop a framework for a national digital strategy and has recently been focusing on closing the information and communications technology talent gap in engineers and entrepreneurs in Canada.
