Mitchell Anderson is dënesułiné and a member of the English River First Nation. He is an ordained minister in the United Church of Canada serving churches in Saskatchewan and sits on the national executive of the United Church.

Mitchell holds an MBA and works as a consultant with Align Consulting Cooperative that provides governance, strategy, and business development support to non-profits. He serves on a number of boards, including Affinity Credit Union, Credit Union Central of Saskatchewan, and the pension plan of the United Church.

Mitchell lives in Saskatoon with his partner Jordan.
