Indigenous Heritage Circle (via National Trust of Canada)

The Indigenous Heritage Circle is an Indigenous-designed and Indigenous-led organization dedicated to the advancement of cultural heritage priorities that are of importance to Métis, Inuit, and First Nations Peoples in Canada. This grant supported supported a Indigenous Heritage Circle (IHC) gathering at National Trust’s Annual Conference to discuss Parks Canada’s new report, Indigenous Heritage, and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
