Our Theory of Change outlines Inspirit’s approach to building a pluralist and inclusive Canada. We believe change is both intentional and emergent. Our stated goals are guideposts, and our approach is flexible, focused on continuous learning and grounded in relationships.
Our goals include:
Greater opportunities for Indigenous, Muslim, Black and racialized leadership in media and arts, philanthropic and impact investing sectors
Increased production and dissemination of underrepresented narratives
Increased resources to Indigenous, Muslim, Black and racialized communities
More capital flows to underserved communities
